✨Meet Ericka! ✨

— Dr. Kim’s Lead Assistant

Ericka is a seasoned assistant and leader.  She worked with Dr. Kim previously in an East Lansing office, and Dr. Kim is so grateful to work with her again at her own practice. 

Ericka graduated from Ross Dental School in 2011 and is grateful to work in a field she’s passionate about. She and her husband have two wonderful children, Gabriel and Evelynn, along with their dog Mook and two cats, June Bug and Simba.

Outside of work, Ericka enjoys family time, music, plants, kayaking, beaches, and the outdoors. She’s excited to be part of the team and looks forward to helping our patients feel welcome and cared for! 

✨Meet Jill! ✨

— Our Hygienist 

Jill is a 2003 graduate of Lansing Community College’s Dental Hygiene Program, and she brings warmth and passion to our team. She has a deep love for music, a passion for natural health, and enjoys creating herbal blends, teas, and soaps. Outside of work, Jill cherishes time with her children and grandchildren, loves to relax on Lake Michigan beaches, and loves to spoil her cats, Sgt. Pepper and Penny Lane.

— Our Treatment Coordinator/Insurance Specialist 

Lauren is a proud Mid-Michigan native who recently returned home after several years in Texas. With more than a decade of experience in dental care across a variety of practice settings, she is passionate about patient education and making every visit feel comfortable and welcoming.

When she’s not caring for patients, you can usually find her in the garden nurturing her plants, cheering on the Red Wings, or spending time with her husband and their three dogs.

— Our Scheduling Coordinator 

With over 25 years of both clinical and clerical dental experience, Lisa is dedicated to making every patient feel welcome and ensuring each visit runs smoothly. Her warm personality and professionalism help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, cooking, and hiking in the great outdoors.

Taylar is a Certified Dental Assistant who graduated from Ross Medical in 2024.

She is a proud cat mom to Ellie & Ziggy and a pup mom to Koda! She loves snowboarding in Vermont and Colorado with her fiancé, Korey, spending time outdoors, and making memories with friends and family.
